About Patricia Menzies Bookkeeper

My name is Patricia Menzies and I am the owner/operator of Pat’s Paradise Bookkeeping Services. I have an extensive background in accounting over the past 30+ years. I started out working in various hotels in San Diego in the late ‘80s and early ’90s. In 1996 I made a move to Orlando, Florida where my experience landed me in yet another hotel.

Over these years I gained experience in every position in an accounting office you can have, up to and including an Assistant Controller. In 2012 I made a move to the theme park business being a financial auditor and manager of the payment division. In 2017 I decided to venture out on my own and open my own business. I have a dual degree of Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Administration and management, as well as a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor.

I don’t think I have ever been happier with being able to dictate what I do for my clients. I love helping small business owners move their businesses to the next level, by providing them with the knowledge and tools to succeed. I think the less the owner needs to worry about doing paperwork, the more time they can spend on growing and fine-tuning their business.
